JOSMAR® supplies complete turnkey factories specifically designed to process squid (loligo sp.), with capacities up to 130 tons/day.
Designed to efficiently carry out all phases: sorting, washing, grading, packaging in freezing trays, freezing in two systems (static tunnel, vertical plate freezers), packaging in frozen blocks as well as transport to cold storage.
These factories are complemented by fully integrated equipment for the processing of fish which are also caught in the same fishing grounds as the squid.
This JOSMAR® brand equipment is designed for Head-cutting, gutting, tail-cutting, filleting, and skinning.
JOSMAR® supplies the factory with the squid line and the fish line fully integrated, taking responsibility and guaranteeing their perfect operation.
