Equipment designed to remove and recover excess salt from products from salting processes.
The system integrates three conveyors, housed in three levels, angled, and with a certain separation between them. The separation between the levels causes the fish to change its position when passing from one to the other and the salt to come off when it comes into contact with the belt.
The conveyor belts are made of vertical slats, with an open surface area of more than 90 %.
The fish is continuously fed onto the next processing stage.
The recovered salt can be collected in a BIN or in a conveyor element.
