A system designed to trim manually fish fillets from a filleting machine to remove fins, bones, skin or other defects from the fillet.
The fish fillets trimming system is composed by following items:
Conveys the fish fillets from the filleting machine to the trimming and inspection stations.
It is located on the intermediate level, at the same level as the trimming stations.
HDPE Polyethylene plate cutting tables with hole and ramp for unloading trimmings and waste.
Equipped with a light under the PE plate to detect parasites.
The system is designed with the number of stations required for the process.
The fillet that has already been retrimmed by the operators is channeled onto another conveyor belt to the next stage in the process.
This is located on a higher level than the one mentioned above, superimposed on it.
The operators place the fillet by hand and, once retrimmed, onto this conveyor belt.
Chutes located on the lower level, to conduct the waste to one end of the line.
