Scope of supply

Processes prior to freezing:

The lines are designed integrating specific equipment for processes prior to the freezing process, such as:

  • Packaging of whole octopus.
  • Embandejado de pulpo entero.

Glazing systems:

  • Glazing machines are designed according to the range of products to be processed on the line.
  • One or more glazing machines are integrated into the line depending on the project. This equipment is adjustable to achieve the required glazing range.
  • The transport systems to the glazing machines and the feeding of the tunnels are designed to optimise the quality of the product.

Weighing and packaging:

  • JOSMAR® designs and manufactures a wide range of feeding systems to automatic weighers and packers and has extensive experience integrating equipment from other manufacturers.

End of line:

  • JOSMAR® supplies systems for grouping and nesting frozen product packs, and integrates various end-of-line equipment such as: labellers, metal detectors, strapping machines, sealing machines and robotic palletising cells.
