Buffer tank with double bottom hydraulic lifting
Designed to accumulate fish or cephalopods with cold water, for their correct conservation, and equipped with a double elevating bottom for emptying the fish and transferring it to the next stage of the process.
JM-715 Skinning machine
The JOSMAR JM-715 fish skinning machine is a manual open-top machine with a support bench. Due to its special design, it is possible to remove the skin of fish of larger size than the common machines available in the market.
JM-450 Head cutting & gutting machine
The JOSMAR JM-450 has been specially designed for head cutting and gutting whitefish and similar species efficiently, both onboard fishing vessels and onshore factories.
This machine processes Saithe, pollack, cod, haddock, hake, gilthead sea bream, sea bass, basa catfish, Nile tilapia, halibut, arrowtooth flounder, redfish and other morphologically similar species.

The flatfish processing line is equipped with machines and systems to efficiently perform all phases: sorting, washing, grading, grading, head-cutting, gutting, tail-cutting, filleting, skinning, packing in freezing-trays, freezing in two systems (static tunnels or horizontal plate freezers), packing blocks of frozen fish as well as transporting boxes to cold store.
